Everyday App Guide is a small, independent publication about reading, saving and organizing online. The aim is to explain useful tools and routines in plain language.
Start with a real task
A guide should help you do something specific: return to a saved article, keep a useful note, or make a recurring task easier. A new account or subscription is not always the answer.
Explain the tradeoffs
For a service guide, the benefits belong alongside its price, limits and relevant sign-up or cancellation conditions. A high rating or a referral payment alone is not a reason to recommend it.
Be clear about the evidence
Product information should point to its sources and a check date. Hands-on findings must be distinguished from research. If something has not been tested or a condition remains unclear, the guide should say so.
Keep commercial links visible
If a guide includes a link that may earn a referral fee, it will be identified near the recommendation. Publisher commission and any reader benefit are separate things. The guides currently on this site contain no affiliate links.
Keep useful pages current
The aim is to build a small library that can be revisited and improved. Material changes, corrections and unresolved questions should be reflected in the relevant guide.

Privacy
Last updated: October 14, 2026. This site is hosted by Framer. We use its built-in analytics to understand aggregate activity such as page views, referral sources and device types. Framer states that this analytics service does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure a website.
We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter sign-up forms or visitor accounts. If you email us, your address and message are handled through Namecheap Private Email to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. You can use the contact address above to ask about or request deletion of correspondence.
Links to other websites are covered by those websites’ privacy practices. The current guides have no affiliate links. This notice will be updated when our services or data practices change.
